10 things you don’t know about our Cyber Security Partner!

I am one of those annoying people who, if you put a phone number on the front page of your website will ring it. Thats what I did in June 2023 when I called the number to Meta Defence Labs Ltd | Cybersecurity Consultancy Specialists (they still have it there!!). Phone calls are easier to be able to speak to someone and get an answer to a question, it plays a lot into whether the numbers exist because someone can actually help. It tells me the company is confident, available, and values real connection not just forms and chatbots. When someone picks up the phone, it builds immediate trust and saves a lot of time going back and forth over email. It’s one of the quickest ways to gauge how a business treats people, and in this case, Meta Defence Labs stood out because someone answered, listened, and helped, simple, but surprisingly rare.

We had a call for around an hour back in June 2023. Wait what!! yep, around an hour. I had obviously caught Chani in a good mood, and we chatted from everything about going B Corp through to the challenges of running a business, and a lot of other things inbetween. That call really cemented the relationship. I’m a heart-on-the-sleeve kind of girl, so first impressions mean a lot to me. I trust easily until that trust is broken or misplaced… but that’s a different conversation for another time.
